Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience; computer systems familiarity including MS Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with sound decision-making.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; strong typing skills (40+ wpm).

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; manages cash.
