Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain the registration process; respond to questions.
• Process co-pays, deductibles, and balances; balance drawer daily.
• Verify insurance and determine coverage using real-time eligibility.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; communicate scheduling protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure confidential information.
• Advise patients on non-covered services and obtain necessary signatures.
