Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and the public.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Register patients and verify insurance for accurate billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and accounts.
• Ensure patient flow and report issues to supervisor immediately.
• Answer phones with a friendly greeting and assist callers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
