Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service, clerical, or business environment experience in healthcare
• 2+ years of computer knowledge including working with an electronic medical record and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook) required; Excel preferred
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients in person or by phone; perform standard registration collecting demographic and insurance information
• Collect co-pays and/or remaining balances and respond to questions regarding financial assistance
• Handle Epic and In-Basket responsibilities including reviewing MyChart appointments and rescheduling as needed
• Support medical records processes including scanning, handling release of information requests
• Maintain and organize the patient care lobby and provide department support as needed
