Allina Health Mercy Women’s Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Business Representative to register patients, collect demographic and financial data, and support front desk operations. You will greet patients, manage telephone inquiries, and help coordinate scheduling and records requests.

This is a part-time role with generous benefits and a focus on accurate, friendly service. You will work a daytime shift, 36 hours per two weeks, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer knowledge including working with an electronic medical record and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook) required; Excel preferred.
• Strong customer service and clerical skills in a healthcare setting are essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and perform registration in person or by phone.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and enter into the EMR.
