Allina Health Shoreview is seeking a Clinic Business Representative Associate to warmly greet patients and perform accurate registration for in-person or phone appointments. You will collect demographic and insurance information and enter it into the EMR, while supporting call handling and scheduling as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and familiarity with medical terminology. 0.75 FTE with day/evening shifts and every-other weekend rotation is offered.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in.
• Collect demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Assist patients with telephone inquiries and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in person or by phone and registers them.
• Collects demographics and insurance data into the EMR system.
• Collects co-pays and explains financial assistance options.
• Maintains the patient care lobby and check-in area.
• Participates in staff meetings and supports department needs.
