Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform registration in person or by phone
• Collect demographic and insurance information and enter into EMR
• Assist patients with telephone encounters and scheduling
• Direct patients to appointments or procedures
• Collect co-pays and balances; respond to financial questions
• Maintain lobby areas and support department needs
• Participate in staff meetings and complete daily tasks
