Qualifications

• 2+ years computer knowledge including EMR and MS Office
• 2+ years of customer service in healthcare
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and registration processes

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes the registration process in person or by phone
• Collects demographic and insurance information and enters into EMR
• Assists with scheduling, MyChart follow-ups and no-show letters
• Collects co-pays and/or remaining balances; handles signatures as needed
• Supports release of information requests and records management
