Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of revenue cycle experience.
• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience.
• 0 to 2 years of general office experience.
• Experience using computers including an electronic medical record, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in person and collect demographic and financial data.
• Verify eligibility and benefits information for payers and explain information to patient.
• Direct patients to appointments and document issues in the EMR.
• Assist in scheduling add-on appointments and gather information as needed.
