SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy and care. The role greets patients, verifies insurance, and processes documentation to start each visit clearly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate embraces a patient-first attitude, strong communication, and teamwork, while handling high volumes with composure and attention to detail. No-nights/no-weekends in many centers, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to initiate admission flow.
• Process documentation for patient visits with accuracy.
• Support scheduling and manage front desk patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
• Resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining patient experience.
