SimonMed Imaging is seeking a friendly Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation at our Mesa imaging center. You will guide patients through admission, collect demographics, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain exceptional patient care. No nights; many shifts available; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to initiate admission.
• Process documentation and maintain patient demographics and medical history records.
• Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and patient flow to ensure a smooth visit.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
