SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence. You will verify insurance, collect demographics, and process documentation to start each visit on a clear, efficient footing.

You thrive in fast-paced settings, communicate with empathy, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to maintain a positive patient experience and smooth scheduling, billing, and flow across centers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographic and insurance information to open their visit.
• Process documentation and payments with accuracy and care.
• Facilitate patient admission flow across imaging centers to ensure a smooth start to visits.
