Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation, ensuring every visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.

You will greet patients, coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate demographics and payments, and support a fast-paced front desk with empathy, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with admission to ensure smooth visit flow.
• Verify insurance, collect demographics, documents, and payments accurately.
