SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a smooth admission experience at our imaging centers. You will be the first point of contact, delivering care with empathy and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while supporting scheduling, billing, and patient flow across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to facilitate smooth admission.
• Process documentation and collect required demographics and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with scheduling and billing inquiries while maintaining patient satisfaction.
