Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or medical front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process with warmth and professionalism.
• Verify and collect insurance information and patient demographics accurately.
• Process medical documentation and support smooth patient flow at the front desk.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments to minimize wait times.
