Qualifications

• Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient entrance into Mercy facilities including scheduling, registration, and verification.
• Obtain and populate accurate patient data into records; explain financial responsibilities.
• Communicate payment options and obtain financial clearance as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure compliance with billing workflows.
