Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a multi-line telephone system.
• Experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients in ambulatory clinics.
• Enter patient data into the registration system and verify insurance and/or third party coverage.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments.
