Job summary

You will also schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments, ensuring a smooth patient experience. The role requires strong customer service, data entry skills, and the ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
• Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
