Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients at Broadwater Clinic, Billings, Montana.

This PRN role focuses on greeting, verifying information, scheduling visits, and assisting with registrations and payments, while ensuring a high level of customer/patient satisfaction. Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience with direct customer interaction.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and data entry.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and caregivers to deliver satisfaction.
• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients by verifying information.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries to resolve patient needs.
• Document calls accurately in EMR.
• Schedule appointments and manage registrations.
• Assist with insurance cards, forms, and approvals.
• Educate patients about financial assistance and process payments.
