Job summary

Allina Health seeks a Clinic Business Representative to warmly greet patients, collect demographic and insurance data, and perform accurate in-person or phone registrations. You will enter information into the Epic electronic medical record and support scheduling needs with care and efficiency.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, familiarity with MyChart, and adherence to the standard registration process. Monday–Friday day shifts offered in Saint Paul, MN.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet competencies.
• 2+ years of computer knowledge with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person or by phone and assist with registration.
• Collect demographic and insurance data for intake and enter into EMR.
• Review scheduling needs and respond to patient requests.
