Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description.
• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in person or by phone.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and enter into EMR.
• Assist patients with telephone encounters and direct to appointments.
• Collect co-pays and/or remaining balances and obtain signatures as needed.
• Answer questions regarding financial assistance programs.
• Perform End of Day reconciliation.
• Maintain and organize the patient care lobby and supplies.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office communications.
• Participate in staff meetings.
