Job summary

Allina Health in Cokato, MN is seeking a Clinic Business Representative Associate to provide a welcoming, efficient registration experience for patients. You will collect demographic and insurance data, verify information in the EMR, and support in-person or phone-based check-ins.

This 0.8 FTE role offers a day/evening shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend work, and enables you to contribute to patient care from the front desk while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge and data entry experience.
• Customer service, clerical, or office environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, welcomes, and registers patients in person or by phone.
• Collects demographic and insurance information and enters it into the EMR.
• Assists patients with telephone encounters and answers questions.
• Directs patients to appointments or procedures and explains processes.
• Collects co-pays and balances and obtains signatures as needed.
• Maintains lobby organization and cleans check‑in areas throughout the day.
