You will collect demographic and financial data, verify eligibility, explain financial assistance, and direct patients to appointments while providing warm, efficient service. This full-time role offers 8-hour day shifts, no weekends, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven health system.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to collect demographic and financial information accurately.
• Proficiency with basic office software (Word/Excel/Outlook) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and welcomes patients in person or by phone.
• Performs registration by collecting demographic and insurance information.
• Verifies eligibility and explains financial assistance programs.
• Directs patient to appointment or procedure and may schedule appointments.
• Operates or assists with a multi-phone system and handles messages.
