Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinic preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Collect copayments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance in EPIC.
• Schedule follow-ups and referrals; participate in team huddles.
