Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Aurora, IL to deliver exceptional front desk support in a fast-paced family practice. You will check in/out patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, and coordinate referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients warmly and professionally during check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Coordinates provider schedules to optimize appointment availability.
• Uses EPIC and systems to update demographics and verify insurance details.
• Collects copayments and receipts, reconciling daily transactions.
• Answers multi-line phone system, takes messages, and schedules appointments.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
