Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Wheaton, IL. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, handling check-ins/outs, and directing appointments with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally during check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize availability and patient access.
• Update patient demographics and insurance details in EPIC; manage forms and communications.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions with accuracy.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, route inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with scheduling follow-ups and referrals to ensure appropriate care.
