Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide frontline contact with patients, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth scheduling and billing flow. You will engage with patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and coordinate referrals within a physician-led team.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate documentation in EPIC, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while contributing to a welcoming patient experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in and check-out and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages accurately.
• Collect copays and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Update patient demographics and insurance details in the EMR system.
• Assist with referral management and follow-up scheduling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA) in all interactions.
