Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist in Joliet to support a high-volume call center, schedule patient appointments, and assist with transportation needs. This onsite role emphasizes welcoming patients and maintaining accurate records in EPIC.

The incumbent ensures a smooth patient experience through proactive scheduling and data verification. The position offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a compensation range with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience required.
• Customer service excellence and satisfaction with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound phone calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Patient scheduling and transportation assistance.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Monitors schedules daily and ensures open slots are filled the same day.
• Reviews Daily Appointment Report and prepares charts as appropriate.
