Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for a full-time, onsite role at our Hinsdale/LaGrange medical office. You will handle high-volume calls, schedule and coordinate transportation, and verify patient information.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of patient-facing experience, with strong customer service, integrity, and accuracy in EPIC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs.

• Monitor scheduling reports and prepare charts as needed.
