Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound phone calls to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedule patients and provide transportation assistance.
• Greet patients and visitors, setting a positive tone.
• Verify patient information in the EPIC system.
• Review schedules and fill open slots the same day.
• Monitor scheduling reports and prepare charts as needed.
