Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Check-in/Greeting Patients/ Patient Scheduling.
• Welcomes patients and visitors to create a positive experience.
• Check in and schedules appointments, following scheduling protocol.
• Verifies patient information and documents in the EHR (EPIC).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reviews schedules and pre-screens patients per protocol.
• Monitors schedules daily so all open slots are filled the same day.
• Monitors scheduling reports daily.
• Exam preparation and chart prep from reports.
