Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedules patient appointments to set a positive experience.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Performs other duties as assigned and reviews schedules.
• Pre-screens patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitors schedules daily to fill all open slots the same day.
• Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
• Prepares charts from the Daily Appointment Report as needed.
