Duly Health and Care in Elgin, IL seeks a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to support patients through phone interactions and scheduling. This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and efficient handling of patient information in the EPIC system while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and patient satisfaction focus.
• Shows integrity, ethics and trust to do the right thing.
• Performs core responsibilities efficiently within policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Schedules patient appointments and maintains scheduling integrity.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Reviews daily schedules and ensures open slots are filled the same day.
• Pre-screens patients based on departmental protocol.
