You’ll verify information in EPIC and guide patients through the scheduling process to support a positive patient experience. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, at least three years of patient-facing work, and a commitment to integrity and ethics.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient-facing experience is required.
• Demonstrates excellence in customer service for internal and external customers.

• Performs core responsibilities efficiently within policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs.
• Schedule patients and arrange transportation as needed.
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors; set a positive tone.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC EHR.
• Review schedules and monitor daily appointment reports.
• Pre-screen patients per departmental protocol and fill open slots.
