You will interact with patients face-to-face and via phone to coordinate check-in and scheduling with the clinical team. The position includes 0.9 FTE with a day rotation, varying start/end times, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Interacts positively and in a caring manner with patients, co-workers, and others to provide highest level of customer service.
• Answers incoming phone calls, schedules appointments, and refers to clinical team as needed.
• Maintains all assigned work queues and ensures accurate information collection for registration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographic and financial information.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and update patient information in the medical record.
• Collect patient co-payments and reconcile cash drawer; report daily deposits.
