Qualifications

• Experience in patient access or scheduling preferred.
• Certification in Patient Access (e.g., Healthcare Business Insights) within six months of hire.
• Ability to collect and verify demographic and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographic and financial information for registration and billing.
• Obtain insurance information and update medical records accordingly.
• Handle point-of-service data collection and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain work queues and provide high level of customer service.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the clinical team.
