Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to support patients by handling high call volumes, greeting and scheduling, and verifying information in EPIC. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay and a supportive, physician-led team focused on patient-first care.

You will manage appointment scheduling, pre-screening, and daily schedule monitoring while delivering a positive, courteous experience to every patient.

Qualifications

• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, sincerity. Trusted to do the right thing.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
• Check-in/Greeting Patients/Patient Scheduling.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Check in and schedules appointments, following scheduling protocol.
• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol.
• Monitor schedules daily to fill all open slots.
• Review Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
