Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of patient-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service and satisfaction skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty and ethics.
• Strong personal job competence within policies.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs.
• Schedule patients and provide transportation assistance.
• Welcome patients and visitors, set a positive tone.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC.
• Review schedules and monitor appointments daily.
• Pre-screen patients per departmental protocol.
• Ensure open slots are filled the same day.
• Prepare charts from Daily Appointment Report.
