Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service or medical office experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use scheduling systems and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-first service and maintain a team atmosphere.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Notify supervisor of extraordinary issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Schedule patients through NMHC systems.
• Perform medical necessity checks for scheduled services.
