• Collect authorization numbers and verify insurance eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and data in Epic.
• Assist with training and cross-training as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and organizational compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and patients.
