Qualifications

• Ability to type 40 wpm and multitask.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish a positive first impression.
• Respond to questions and concerns; escalate issues when needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient information in Epic and other systems.
