Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years customer service or medical office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer data-entry/typing.
• English language proficiency required.
• Healthcare finance/insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice Patients First philosophy and deliver high standards of customer service.
• Respond to questions and concerns from patients.
• Direct and escalate extraordinary issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
