Job summary

Great River Health Systems seeks a Patient Access Associate to be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. You will register patients, collect data, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinicians to optimize workflow and resources.

You will verify demographics and insurance, handle payments, obtain required consents, and maintain confidentiality in an EMR system while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare or front-desk settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic/insurance information accurately.
