Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
• Register patients accurately and collect necessary personal and medical information.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinical teams to optimize workflow.
• Verify demographics and insurance details, obtain preauthorizations, and check benefits and eligibility.
• Collect payments (co-pays and balances) promptly and accurately.
• Obtain signatures for consents and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records in the EMR system.
