Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and access onsite, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assign Medical Record Numbers (MRNs) and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Explain consent forms, obtain required signatures, and distribute patient education documents.
• Utilize auditing and reporting systems to ensure account accuracy and compliance; conduct audits as needed.
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities clearly; support billing and patient outreach as needed.
• Provide support to other departments and facilities; handle phone inquiries and administrative tasks.
