Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients accurately using the department system.
• Gather and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Explain co-pays, deposits, and payment expectations to families.
• Assist with scheduling ancillary appointments and referrals as needed.
• Greet patients and families and maintain professional, courteous interactions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards and obtain necessary consents.
• Support billing, cash collection, and daily balance reconciliation as required.
