You will support scheduling, collect demographic data, and ensure care begins smoothly, reporting to the Patient Access Supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related experience in patient access or registration.
• Broad knowledge of administrative processes and customer service.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, register patients, verify insurance and collect demographic data.
• Schedule ancillary appointments and assist with scheduling needs.
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage pre-authorizations as needed.
• Explain payment expectations and collect co-pays or deposits.
• Maintain accurate documentation across systems and support office tasks.
