Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Register patients accurately and verify demographics and insurance.
  • greeting families, verify insurance, assist scheduling needs.
  • Collect and document patient information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Confirm and document consent forms and HIPAA-related notices.
  • Provide courteous front-desk support and respond to inquiries.
  • Support other departments and float to ancillary areas as needed.
  • Process walk-ins and schedule follow-ups; maintain clerical duties.
