Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related experience required.
• Broad knowledge in administrative processes and strong customer service skills.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and register them for care.
• Verify insurance and collect demographic information accurately.
• Schedule ancillary appointments and coordinate with care teams.
• Enter data into billing/registration systems and maintain records.
• Assist with bedside registration for ED and other areas as needed.
• Reschedule no-shows and cancellations and communicate effectively with patients.
