Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hanger will administer the Talent Sorter as part of the selection process.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Receptionist experience or medical front office procedures are preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check‑in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance).
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
